Keep in mind that culturally Chinese would refer to other's as jie, ge, uncle, aunty, grandma, grandpa, etc. It's a form of respect and not necessarily suggest a blood relationship.

Types of fans - Evidently, there are different types of fans. There are girlfriend fans, whom identify themselves as the celebrity's girlfriend; mommy fans, older lady who'd see a celebrity like their son, etc.

landlord / first floor / second floor etc. — In Chinese internet culture, replying to a thread in a forum or comment section is referred to as “creating a building”. So the original poster is referred to as the “landlord”. The first one who respond to the original post will be “second floor”, second one will be “third floor” so on and so forth
+1, +2 etc. - agreeing with what the previous poster(s) have said
