FringeBoo… Whaaaa?

If you have not yet noticed (how could you not??), all of my alias — FringeCapybara, FringeAlpaca, FringeManatee, etc — follows a certain pattern. So, in a not-so-kid-friendly conversation with a female friend, I was informed that booby (pl. boobies) is a kind of bird!
